This progress includes: fine-tuning the ketogenic diet, review of dietary intake to determine accuracy of caloric, fluid, ratio and macro nutrient consumption, evaluation of lab indices, optimal ketone level, accuracy of meal preparation, grocery list, snacking, intermittent fasting. (30-60 minutes sessions) |
Fine tuning the diet: This process involves comprehensive analysis of meal plans and recipes to determine desirable calories, ratio level. Evaluation current meal plans and recipes, calculating new individualized meal plans. Individualized meal plans are calculated to the tenth of a gram.
